A new shape to my sourdough bread.

And more importantly I have given my sourdough starter (aka mother) a new lease on life.
I discovered that the council puts chlorine into our water and that the chlorine was inhibiting my starter. A jug of water left in the counter for 24 hours gets rid of the chlorine. The sourdough starter loves its new water!
Now I have got to get used to starter that gets so active it climbs out of the bottle looking for more flour!
