maybe someone can take this idea and improve upon it:
draft - idea - an app called something to the effect of "Salad Tracker" where whenever you eat a salad, you log it, and then, you get to see a log of all the times you eat salads, to help motivate you to stay on course while trying to lose weight / fast / eat health / bike
