Those little black balls on the tiger Lily plant are bulbils!
"Several varieties of lily form small bulbils on their stems from late summer to autumn, from which new plants can be propagated. If they fall off the plant, they rarely grow into large plants, so it's best to remove the bulbils by hand and plant them in pots. Grow the bulbils on until the following summer, then plant them out where you would like them to flower. Be patient; it can take up to three years before they start producing flowers."

Okay, here's a challenge for the bakers on here:
I want to make a flat, crispy bread, with whole, cooked, possibly sprouted grains (wheat, rye, barley, buckwheat). I want as little flour as possible in the dough, just enough to hold it together. I have a strong rye sourdough.
The purpose is to have a crisp bread that would work well for a diabetic. Hence the whole grains. Also oil free, of course.

Ontario Bike Trail info please
We are planning a trip to Ontario (Uxbridge) next year to visit with a friend who lives there. We are planning on several biking days while we are there. The Rails to Trails is right there, but we don't know anything about it.
Does anyone know if there would be places to stay with safe overnight bike storage along the Uxbridge Kawartha trail? With outdoor eating facilities along the way?
Or is there a better route within reasonable driving distance?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

All the Cats in All the Barns in All the World
When I was a little girl, I spent my happiest days in this barn, watching my uncle work and playing with the wild kittens that roamed about.I went back a few years ago to visit.As I rounded a corner, I saw this behind the old, dirty windows. I managed to snap the shutter three times before she vanished. She was like the spirit of all the cats that populate the barns in all the world.

A little late in getting my #hydroponics #greens #garden going this year, but it is now really taking off.This level has a selection of #dwarf #bokchoy with #lettuce varieties (reds mostly) and the bottom level has kale plants with more Bok Choy.With the really hard water we have in Canning, it takes a little more effort to get the pH level just right, but it's so worth it when we harvest fresh greens every day.This is our third winter with the garden.Lots of #polyphenols in these!

Rupert was a once in a lifetime #Cat . He was a red #CornishRex who was the most intuitive and affectionate cat we've ever known (and we've had a lot of cats over the years since 1982). At the age of 10 months he became a #champion to the rest of the world, but for us he was one from the day we brought him home. This was taken when he was 10, in 2012. Edit: Thanks for all the great replies! Seems to be nutrient deficiency, so am rectifying that but also treating for fungus etc when it stops raining.
