I have to hand it to #TheAcolyte for focusing on the Jedi Order at the height of their power and corruption, and making all the little ways people justify participating in this corruption along the way such an important part of the narrative—and how it all paved the way for the Sith takeover and formation of the Empire.

I recently started watching Atlanta (the TV series), and while I enjoy it, it left me wanting more. I couldn't really see Donald Glover's genius in it. Well, I just watched the seventh episode "B.A.N." and... Genius it is (the entire episode is a talk show + commercials, with Paper Boi as a guest of the talk show)

¿Sabías que el cambio del esposo de Samantha en la serie Hechizada no se debió a un capricho de la producción sino a una grave enfermedad del actor original?

El actor Dick York interpretó al personaje de Darrin Stephens desde el inicio de la producción en el año 1964 pero sufría de dolores crónicos severos en la espalda debido a una lesión sufrida durante el rodaje de una película en el año 1959. A la mitad de la filmación de la temporada 5 en 1969 el artista sufrió un colapso total en el set debido a su adicción a los analgésicos recetados y a su deteriorado estado de salud lo que lo obligó a renunciar al programa de televisión de inmediato. Para no cancelar la serie que era un éxito masivo de audiencia, la producción contrató al actor Dick Sargent para sustituirlo en el mismo papel a partir de la temporada número 6 continuando con el personaje hasta el final de la serie en el año 1972 sin dar ninguna explicación formal en la historia del programa.

I really liked season one of Paradise. An overall very solid story, with great world-building and a few amazing episodes (ep 7 is one of the most tense TV I've seen in a while despite the episode having zero suspense whatsoever - it's a flashback).

I'm about to start season two in a few minutes, but as the tone and the setting is about to drastically change, I'm a bit afraid. It could be better, it could be terrible.
