I'm clumsy... the previous #CaseMate #screenprotector on my #Pixel9 had several cracks across it and chipped corners/sides after < 1 year. So I got a #Zagg one (which costs twice as much) and had it professionally installed at the #GoogleStore in #Boston. Let's see how long this one lasts...

Installed a matte glas screen protector on my iPhone and I really like the look & feel of it. Unfortunately it's not the perfect fitment for my phone and because of that dust gets stuck on the corners which is really annoying.
Maybe I can find a better fitted one... -

Mum managed to destroy her #iPhoneX last night. She dropped it last week and smashed the screen protector. Whilst trying to remove said #ScreenProtector, she managed to grid the entire screen.
How?
Well. That’ll be because it didn’t have a screen protector on in the first place.
Which was a nightmare because she doesn’t know any of her passwords because they were all stored in the broken phone.

Screen protector on my iPhone 12 mini is cracked. I don’t remember dropping it but it has a clear impact point. Looks like just the screen protector.
So it did its job!
I think I have spares so I’ll just replace it and move on.

We just installed the Whitestone Dome glass screen protectors on our Peak Design Everyday cases, and they fit well. Had to re register our fingerprints, but that works well now, too, as long as your fingers aren't bone dry. #screenProtector

After somehow getting a scratch on my previous phone (cat, dog, anyone but me) I put a #screenprotector on my new phone. Very impressed compared to the one I tried many years ago.

another score for the #screenProtector! I cannot recommend those (and wallet cases) enough for mobile phones! (And other portable devices with screens, for that matter.) -
On the one hand I really wouldn't mind a newer, more powerful phone, especially since this one is probably close to 3 years old now, and its battery isn't holding as much of a charge anymore either.
On the other hand this phone still works pretty well. The screen is still without cracks thanks to the #screenProtector I replace ASAP when it gets damaged. Fairly free of scratches due to a wallet cover.
It has #Android9 and runs just about any app still.
No idea when a new one would arrive… -
The replacement #screenProtector arrived from #China last night, so this old one is getting retired after having performed its job admirably.
It's made sure my #phone screen survived at least 3 falls by taking the impact and each time only partially shattering further, and thus has definitely been worth its money.I can't recommend getting a #temperedGlass screen protector enough... It's a lot easier and cheaper to replace than your phone's screen!

my #phone took a nosedive onto the ice-covered surface earlier today because I lost my footing. It landed screen-first, but fortunately it still had a #screenProtector on. Even though the screen protector already had a small crack at the top left corner, only just a single dent/chip was added to the screen protector, without it shattering completely, or worse, ruining the screen itself.
I really should order a replacement set of screenprotectors though, as this one definitely has been worth it!

... that's the second time in a week or so that I dropped my phone... I'd just put a new screen protector on a few days ago...
At least it's only the #screenProtector that's cracked (though I won't know for sure till I remove it), and only in a corner, so I guess it's done its job, but this was my spare one, so now I need to order a replacement again.I don't get why I'm so clumsy lately...

Good thing I've left my #screenprotector on for the past few months after it had spontaneously cracked in the top-right corner.
My phone just fell to the ground, face-down, onto sharp pebbles and rocks.
I heard a loud shattering of glass, so I feared the worst, but fortunately it was just the screenprotector that became completely useless, rather than my actual #phone screen.
Just a small dent in the wallet-case; not a scratch on the #MiA1!
