    I'm doing homemade medical experiments on mine.

    Supplements.
    Was using dried aromatic herbs to get polyphenols. Then I read the article below which has fresh oregano with some >200 times more polyphenols than dried oregano. Now have a herb garden and get both fresh and dried.
    Adding more when preparing and also having a morning mini polyphenol fresh salad.

A little late in getting my #hydroponics #greens #garden going this year, but it is now really taking off.This level has a selection of #dwarf #bokchoy with #lettuce varieties (reds mostly) and the bottom level has kale plants with more Bok Choy.With the really hard water we have in Canning, it takes a little more effort to get the pH level just right, but it's so worth it when we harvest fresh greens every day.This is our third winter with the garden.Lots of #polyphenols in these!
