A variation on Brighid (in Rhys of Wales colors) done for a friend recently.
She is hand cast plaster, painted with nontoxic colors and sealed with water based decoupage glue. Each figurine has it's own quirks and is unique. If you've ever worked with plaster you know it sets up how it wants to, lol.

So I'm finishing up a couple of the stela design figurines that I had cast with some embedded beads & old jewelry.
One I've dubbed "Abundance" is nearing completion, and my beta test for Brighid of Scotland is...trying to manifest.
Putting my dad's family tartan as part of the design is going to be challenging.
