Singer by the Leamington Lift Bridge was entertaining us between races. At one point he sang Scottish kid's song, "ye cannae shove yer granny off the bus", then repeated it, but in the style of Oasis!
I don't even like Oasis much, but that was cool and fun!

Looking at the raft race programme for tomorrow, and it talks of "water tasters" and "canoe tasters".
I know what they actually mean (boat rides, chance to try a canoe), but the phrasing conjures up a very different image! Not sure I would want to taste the canal water! And as for "canoe taster" sessions, will they have vegan canoes available too??
