tcl::idna::* — working with encoded DNS names
IDNA is "Internationalizing Domain Names in Applications". You can use it to convert between #Unicode and ASCII representations using #punycode.
Such URLs look like this: www.xn--Tcl-ist-s-o1a23a.de
