For an Avengers themed #halloween, a friend of mine said he'd be fat Thor. I opened my dumb mouth and said I'd build a #Korg #costume to sit on the couch with him and play video games. By far my most ambitious costume ever. Started with a couple cans of Great Stuff in a cardboard box. Now starting to carve it into something vaguely head-shaped.

Easy to remove material, but a pain to add it back. Will eventually be painted black in the cracks, then the blue/grey on top.

If it turns out too creepy for kids, he'll just be on the couch alone. Open to any/all suggestions for how to do it better/easier. Not sure what I'm going to do for the body yet. #cosplay
