I modified this yukata #kimono by shortening its length to become a shirt. I added tassels at the shoulders that are attached to drawstrings in the sleeves. When you pull down the tassels, they pull up the sleeves 👘

Esto es debido a que hay muchas personas que cometen fraude de forma descarada, cobrando una pensión por discapacidad cuando en realidad no la tienen.
