Oregon’s #drugdecriminalization gets poor marks
In #Oregon, decriminalization of personal-use amounts of #drugs in 2020 was supposed to send hundreds of millions of dollars of marijuana tax revenues into #drugtreatment and harm reduction programs. But that hasn’t yet translated into an improved care network for a state with the 2nd highest rate of #substanceusedisorder in the US and ranked 50th for access to treatment.
