If you look it up on Google, it will tell you that naltrexone is a racemic mixture of l- and d- forms. Any many, if not most, papers do the same. They are all wrong. If you pull up the CoA for manufactured naltrexone, you will see it has a -192 degree optical rotation. All commercial naltrexone is levo only. Levo hits both opioid and TLR4 receptors (among other things), while dextro only hits the TLR4 receptor. I don't know how to fix the misinformation online because now AI is pulling its info from incorrect sources. So it is almost impossible to get to the right source unless someone already knows what they are doing (e.g., accessing the manufacturer CoA's). - Jarred Younger"

Trying to keep up my #booze strike with #naltrexone. Gotta save money somehow for the #Iceland trip. Cutting my #alcohol consumption felt like the most effective way.
Yesterday: success! Finishing the second pint at my regular bar already felt like work.
Also, it was boring and I lost 20 euros. For nothing. The first beer tasted heavenly, tho. It was some new IPA on tap, well balanced. Forgot the name.
If you substract the "getting drunk" part from drinking alcohol, it's quite dull.

Hey #spoonies I’ve got a diagnosis of #CFS aka #MyalgicEncephalomyelitis and was recently prescribed #naltrexone for off-label, micro-dose use in treating chronic pain. Working my way up to a dose of <10% of regular use, starting at 1 mL in solution. Just moved up to 1.5 after taking an extra week on the initial dose b/c of sleep disruption, and now I’ve got that plus all-over body aches, headache, and sore throat. Anyone else willing to share experiences?
