I take LDN in the AM. The reason they tell you to try it at night first is on the theory that the main effects are due to a rebound effect - the LDN blocks opioid receptors which then causes the body to compensate by making more endogenous opioids - which occurs around 2-3 hrs after taking it.

Naltrexone also reduces inflammation by blocking TLR4*. I do well with other things that are thought to block / downregulate TLR4 (e.g., near-infrared light) and worse with things that activate it. I take a fairly high does LDN (7.5 mg).

Im letzten #LdN Podcast wurde das gut analysiert. Viele Abgeordnete werden noch auf #XTwitter sein. Sie sind also der Meinung was da in der rechten Bubble gepostet wird, sei die Meinung 'der Bürger'.
