On Assurances Given By Medical Practitioners To A PatientMy still swollen face lathered with moisturiser & splashed with decades-old aftershave at 2am to stop disquieting sensations, after I applied Efudix as per my doctors instructions, has me considering what is a reasonable degree of confidence for a patient to have in assurances about short, medium and long term outcomes from their doctor.
The topic is complex. And emotional for some patients etc

Check out our recent paper on #vascular cell apoptotic vulnerabilities to #cancer therapeutics, including #radiotherapy, #chemotherapy and targeted agents (e.g. #proteasome inhibitors, #BH3mimetics).
