This is my #therapy to building myself back up, post #PainManagement #MedicalProcedures is to have good, #healthy #WholeFoods in the house. While yesterday with no energy that meant my pre-made homemade chicken soup, today with a bit more energy I made myself a #PokeBowl. The greens I grew & all the other veggies, mango & #TunaPoke came from #LocalFarms.

Ella was so funny about her #poke, meowing at me until I dipped each piece of #tuna into soya sauce for her.
