It's International No Diet Day, which for me is any day that ends in "Y". I have not given up on my ##NewYearsResolution to lose 10 pounds, or 4.5 kilos which sounds easier. I haven't turned to dieting yet as I'd prefer to make long-term lifestyle choices, but perhaps this new product is the answer.

Trying to keep to my #newyearsresolution and exercise regularly instead of always stuffing my face with spaghetti sauce and cookie batter, but I'm a little self-conscious of how big my new Garmin watch is on my wrist.

Some solid early progress on these. Plus I remembered that my last #NewYearsResolution was to stop watching #Newsnight and do something enjoyable instead, and I stuck to that one immaculately.

The year is young, and some of us might be feeling a bit 'fuller' around the hips. 😅
For those who, like me, work from home a lot and enjoy #cycling, a #Deskbike might be an interesting option. I’ve had one for about a year now and have pedaled almost 2,000 km in that time; usually for an hour after lunch to get back into the flow.

No regrets so far.

I stopped making New Year's resolutions many decades ago. It's just a form of self-torture.

But I'm going to do my best to cut my use of YouTube down by at least 50% in the coming year. Even though I pay for YouTube Premium (it comes with YouTube Music), it just isn't worth it anymore.

And I will be grabbing what music I can for my hard drive, so I can walk away from YouTube Music soon.

For my main #NewYearsResolution, I have decided to try international travel. I'm going to visit Europe for the first time ever. Am excited to see somewhere other than North America! This includes sub resolutions to learn German and lose 30lb

So along with resolutions to make time for more photography - and get back into the #52WochenFotoChallenge - I also bought new swim gear some time ago. My body is telling me that I need to move more but getting started is hard....
