We've had a prolonged period of governments & companies demanding that employees #ReturnToOffice, supposedly because they need to justify the real estate they own or lease. It's totally not about control or lack of trust because they believe #HomeOffice workers are slackers. But recent research suggests that hybrid workers work more hours and are more productive. Not mind blowing.

If you can believe the weather prognosticators, we have 3+ months of Fall remaining. That means a longer #RoadTrip season to learn more about our awesome country.
