迟来的年终总结：

2025年全年锻炼率好凄惨，基本靠上半年的数据。其它的基本和之前齐平。还算满意吧。

2025全年都过得很动荡。

希望2026年安稳一点吧，但这是不可能的，总之先这么预期吧。

My resolution for this year is to make more music again.

I won't neglect this hobby any longer, and I definitely won't give it up. I'll release new songs and collaborate with other artists, but I also won't neglect my partners in the process.

Something I am learning and struggling with recently is that not everything in life is about mutuality.

It is okay to ask for help.

It is okay to receive something and just say "thank you".

It is okay for relationships to be asymmetrical (to an extent).

It is hard to learn that and truly believe that because it goes against everything we are taught since we are kids.

My #NewYearResolution:

- More work time
- More play time
- More sleep time

I reckon I can pull off all 3. I just need to find a way to slow the earth's rotation down enough to squeeze out 30 hour days.

This would take a lot of R&D time though. And I haven't accounted for that... 🤔

More time than there is in a year probably, in fact.

So 🤔

If I don't work on the rotation thing, I'd be saving time that doesn't currently exist in the year? Time to spend on...
