  2. Majority of Albertans would vote to stay in Canada, find Smith's handling poor: poll

Good news. More Albertans than not are not morons. Even more when the questions is simplified. Smith needs to stop carrying water for the separatists.

  7. This might be a long shot...

Can anyone in Calgary recommend a good place to buy a new/reliable/3-5 cu ft freezer (upright or chest). Don't need designer/smart, just a functioning appliance. Researching at the moment, not in immediate need.

  8. Taking my wife and my drinkets out for a pub crawl! Or a Distillery crawl... First stop, Confluence Distilling. Big fun flavours and a comfy room, would recommend! #yyc #PubCrawl

  13. First Nations win legal challenge on seperation

An Alberta judge has thrown out a decision by the province’s chief electoral officer to issue a petition for a referendum on provincial separation, leaving the possibility of a vote on Alberta independence by way of citizen initiative up in the air.

Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation, Piikani Nation, Siksika Nation and Blood Tribe on Wednesday claimed victory in their legal challenge of the referendum after Court of King’s Bench Justice Shaina Leonard quashed the decision to issue a citizen initiative petition on Alberta independence.

Leonard found the provincial government failed to meet its “duty to consult” with First Nations, who argued Alberta separation would infringe on treaty rights.

  18. Parker isn't cooperating - no kidding. He needs to be charged and thrown in jail. That is the only thing he will respond to. He doesn't care about the rules, nor does he think they apply to him.
