House Flipper 2: Fun ‘dirty’ properties to renovate
I should clarify, I’m referring to virtual houses etc. in the video game House Flipper 2 not actual houses etc. ‘Properties’ is a catch-all term for houses flats etc. Images are from the submission pages linked.
Big or small, private, public, commercial. There are a good range of houses flats etc. submitted by players of House Flipper 2. Sandbox games encourage creativity and I’ve played some creatively arranged properties such as designed to resemble a train and station or a caravan, though neither actually exist in the game officially.
Ones listed with “job” mean there’s an assigned set of renovation tasks and intended surfaces/furnishings etc. Otherwise, non-job properties are left open for the player to decide how to renovate them though there may be suggested layouts shown.
A number of these require prior purchase of specific DLC for the game, as marked below.

Big properties
For a big project, let’s see what you can come up with.
Old abandoned factory of pinnacove fish cannery something fishy about this one 🐟. What will you turn this abandoned factory into? It’s a sprawling site. In my case I converted it into a TV studio.
Medium/standard-sized properties
Run-Down House A modern or brutalist-style house in rather a shabby state.
Santorini needs help JOB, styled on traditional Greek housing, this beautiful set of structures needs a clean-up before tourists can be invited. I was really charmed by this one.
Small properties
Of course you can expand them as you want but working within the limits of small properties can provide an interesting challenge where space is very finite.
Abandoned school bus (SD), for an unusual project, how will you repurpose this old bus.
RV Motorhome (SD) a creative blend of a car and walls to emulate a motorhome
Tiny Home a little fire-ravaged house with a large garden, what will you do with this?
Tiny House Messy? Nah, just erm ignore, all that *attempts to sweep rubbish away with foot*.
Container house make a container ‘house’ a container home? Container with nothing but rubbish inside and some construction lights. Space is very limited if you work within the confines of the existing dimensions.

Even though Greaseweazle reads this Amiga disk of "Space Quest" without any issues with 100% valid sectors, there's still an on-disk copy protection scheme hidden inside there. I just ran into a crash trying to boot from the simple 880K ADF Amiga DOS disk image. 🥺
Fortunately, using a CT-RAW disk image, made from the .raw streams, worked just fine and started the game. 😉
