A Gift for My Friends in Their Final Resting Place 🥀🕊️
I missed my friends today… with a longing that aches deep inside my heart. 💔
I kept wondering: What could I possibly give to the girls who had been beside me since childhood? What could I place in their hands, when their hands are gone forever? 😢
Then I remembered where they were waiting for me…
I walked beneath the scorching sun ☀️, passing through streets and homes reduced to rubble. Every step carried a memory. Here, we used to laugh. There, we walked together to school. Along another road, we went to summer camp, dreaming of brighter days. 🏫🌸
I was exhausted. I was thirsty. My feet hurt. But I kept walking.
I couldn't turn back before I reached them. 🥀
When I finally arrived, my friends didn't run toward me as they always used to.
I found their graves. 🪦💔
I sat beside them for a long time, unable to speak.
I had no precious gift to bring them. Nothing that could bring them back. Only a few flowers and a little water. 🌷💧
I planted the flowers over their graves and watered them with my own hands, wishing I could water them instead… wake them… and hear their laughter just one more time. 😭
Silently, I whispered:
“Forgive me for coming late… and forgive me for not being able to protect you.” 💔
I placed my hand on the earth, as if searching for the little hands that once held mine on our way to school.
But I found nothing except the soil. 🥀
I left carrying a heart heavier than the one I had arrived with.
But I left flowers, water, and one thing death can never take from them:
Their memory. 🕊️
My friends… the war may have taken you from my eyes, but it will never take you from my heart. ❤️🩹
I will remember you for as long as I live.
And I will keep telling the world that you were here… that you laughed, dreamed, loved life, and had names, faces, and dreams. 🌸

According to the plan obtained by Today magazine, the crocodiles will not be removed from the prison. Instead, they will swim freely around the wings housing Palestinian prisoners. According to the plan, known as “Establishing the Crocodile Sector in Ktzi’ot – Directorate 3000,” the crocodiles will swim in long, wide channels, in an effort to deter prisoners from attempting to dig inside their cells and escape.
A senior official in the Ministry of National Security explains: “The court ruling has nothing to do with continuing the work inside the prison. Many guards told us that the plan terrified the prisoners. They may not actually attempt to escape, but they know that the minister will not give up. They call him crazy, and from our point of view, that is a very powerful deterrent. When there is a crazy minister who fears nothing, no one dares to confront him.”
The idea had reportedly been on the mind of Itamar Ben-Gvir for about a year, coinciding with U.S. President Donald Trump’s announcement of his decision to establish a “Crocodile Alcatraz” prison for migrants in southern Florida.
Meanwhile, here in Israel, around 800 crocodiles were reportedly shot dead at the legendary Batzal farm, which had operated for forty years. While the farm’s owner is engaged in a legal battle against organizations such as the Nature and Parks Authority and the Civil Administration, Ben-Gvir decided to take advantage of the situation.
The senior official asks: “Why kill these crocodiles instead of bringing them in to guard the prisoners and provide security and care for them?” He adds: “The Deputy Commissioner of the Prison Service, Gonder Azzam, conducted a comprehensive investigation and discovered that keeping the crocodiles would be less expensive in the long run and would allow the number of personnel assigned to guard the prisoners to be reduced.”
“The Prison Service is preparing to receive the crocodiles in the best possible way. We have brought in an architectural expert specializing in building similar animal enclosures around the world, and we will employ a team of specialists to care for the crocodiles. The guards have already been trained on how to feed them safely. We have even designed a special resting area equipped with shade for the crocodiles, to ensure that everything complies with the standards approved for animal enclosures around the world.”

He stands to strip bare the flaws of an entire system without filters, publicly declaring that terrorism, when clothed in a "Jewish identity," is protected by sovereign decree, while for the Palestinian victim, administrative detention without charges becomes an absolute, daily rule.
> "I haven't signed a single administrative detention order against an extremist settler..." while hundreds of orders hunt down every Palestinian who dares to breathe across the West Bank and the Galilee.

Pardons are granted to rampaging settlers to wreak havoc on the land, while a Palestinian is punished simply for existing. Yet, the chapters of the tragedy do not stop at the boundaries of the violated Palestinian body; they reach out to assassinate history itself. In another statement falling squarely under the registry of absolute savagery, the same minister boasts of the complete obliteration of 24 Lebanese villages.
* 🏚️ No distinction between stone and stone, nor between child and tree: These villages were wiped out of existence as if they had never been.
* 📜 Centuries and millennia of crushed memory: Villages carrying the scent of ancestors and the antiquity of the land for hundreds and thousands of years were crushed in a demonic caprice, instantly reduced to ash and shattered archways.
We stand before cries of agony that refuse to fade: the pain of villages erased from the map, and the pain of human beings hunted in their identity and existence.
