Who uses #mona for #mastodon and can help out a bit? I am completely lost with this app and I really would like to make it work for me as #IceCubesApp breaks every time I update my beta iOS for testing.

Over 20 years ago we spent some time in Field BC to explore what we could about the Burgess Shale. It’s amazing to comprehend these fossils are from the Cambrian Era, half a billion years ago. We hiked Mt Stephen and I took some rubbings of the trilobite bed, pretty high up. These formed the basis of the carving for the matte acrylic resist plate here on the painting, turquoise kootenia.

Just posted my artwork appearance in the MoNA auction catalog and the exhibition continues through May 31 when final bidding will take place. This is The Book of Shadows: turquoise kootenia, an image from the Burgess Shale in British Columbia near Field. This specimen, kootenia burgessensis, was the design for the relief plate to make resist images with acrylic medium (matte).

I have been using the Mona app to access Mastodon for a while. Today they changed their logo. Can someone explain what this is supposed to be? I had a thought when I first saw it, but I won’t say what it was. #Mona #fediadmin

Whenever I open my #Fediverse apps on my phone after a few days, I always wonder why #ivory refreshes my home timeline so quickly and #mona is so slow. They should be making the same API requests to the same #Gotosocial server.

Ooooo, how did I miss this? #Mona had a major update. I’ve been using Mona classic. Just found out there Mona 7, a complete rework of the app. I love it.

I’m broke and can’t get the pro features. Well, I can with the 14 day free trial. But when that runs out, I’ll have to get used to the free options. But yay @MonaApp
