Detienen a dos por homicidio ocurrido en inmueble abandonado de Otzolotepec

La Fiscalía del Estado de México detuvo a dos hombres investigados por el homicidio de una persona ocurrido en un inmueble abandonado de Otzolotepec, donde la víctima habría sido agredida y posteriormente su cuerpo incendiado.

Dos hombres fueron detenidos por su probable participación en el homicidio de una persona ocurrido el 20 de agosto en un inmueble abandonado de la localidad de Puente de San Pedro, en el municipio de Otzolotepec, Estado de México.

La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) informó que Enrique “N”, alias “El Diablito”, y Jhosue “N”, alias “Joshua”, son investigados por su probable participación en los hechos, por los cuales un juez otorgó una orden de aprehensión.

¿Cómo ocurrió el homicidio en Otzolotepec?

De acuerdo con las primeras investigaciones, la víctima se encontraba dormida dentro del inmueble ubicado en la calle Camino Real cuando los dos detenidos ingresaron al lugar junto con otro sujeto.

Los individuos presuntamente sometieron a la víctima y la maniataron para después agredirla con objetos punzocortantes, lesiones que habrían provocado su muerte.

Posteriormente, los probables responsables habrían cubierto el cuerpo con ropa, tarimas y palos, para después prenderle fuego y abandonar el sitio.

Detienen a dos investigados por homicidio

Tras conocer los hechos, la FGJEM inició las investigaciones para identificar a los posibles responsables y obtuvo de un juez la orden de aprehensión correspondiente por el delito de homicidio.

Elementos de la Fiscalía cumplimentaron el mandato judicial contra Enrique “N” y Jhosue “N”, quienes fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Lerma, donde quedaron a disposición de una autoridad judicial. Será el juez quien determine su situación legal conforme avance el proceso. –sn–
