  3. If you thought #writing stories is a small, quick task… think again 😂

    I would say that this is actually the hardest, most time consuming part of my work. Loving it but it’s always a challenge 🤎

    But this also gives me plenty of clarity and I could even say I’m sorting out the blocks for the #book I’m secretly planning…

  13. Jeg har også lært at man skal vaske kroppen med kaldt vann først og ikke ha spist på minst tre timer. Yogaøvelser er laget for å påvirke kjertlene i kroppen. Ofte kommer de i par, der den ene legger press på en kjertel og den andre strekker ut en kjertel. Iallfall i tantra yoga.

    Jeg har fått med meg at mindfulnes ikke har fungert på alle. Og da må man jo spørre seg om yoga burde gjøres først.
