Der heiße Mittwoch treibt sich in der Straße zwischen den Häusern herum, streift über Blumen, spiegelt sich in verdunkelten Schaufenstern. Busfahrer an der Haltestelle wartet auf seinem Dienst in jener Kleiderordnung, die man von ihm erwartet und für die die Witterungsrealitäten nur eine Nebensächlichkeit sind. Etwas weiter Paketboten. Parken in zweiter Reihe, ein schwerer Transporter rangiert hörbar und umständlich, gegenüber ruht der Hund auf dem Balkon, einige wenige dünne Wolken treiben verhalten westwärts. Nur die Schwalben scheinen unbeeindruckt in ihrer üblichen Eile unterwegs zu sein. (Jalousien öffnen. Wetterbeobachtungen, fortgesetzt. Der Ventilator tut seine Arbeit. Eis-Akku und lauwarmer Tee.
