Fallout 4 MOD giantess companion.
A giantess companion? As big as Liberty Prime!
The companion wouldn't be able to fit into caves or buildings.
The pieces for such a MOD are there, see for yourself.
From what I've gathered, Attack of the 50 Foot Woman [1.5] a Fallout 4 Mod By harbinger1986 only managed get this to work on the main character.
Why not a companion? The walking animation of Liberty Prime, a booming female voice actor for the giantess.

If anyone is having trouble with Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition's Creation Club, try this method:

Restore INI Files
Step 1. Go to the Fallout 4 directory location. (You may find it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 (By default) or C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Fallout4.)
Step 2. Locate and select "Fallout4.ini," "Fallout4Custom.ini" and "Fallout4Prefs.ini." Then, delete these files to reset the game settings.

Could the Institute even create something like the Warden Unit (WAU) or structure gel?

If Bethesda ever fixes what they did to FO4's to mods, we could get FO4 SOMA mods.
