In the beginning there was mods, and then VeryLastKiss discovered the GECK engine... and then there was "The Bible.esm"...

The funny part about this is that collections on Nexus have both required mods and optional mods. When finishing up installing over 600 mods, you get the options to not install some of them. "The Bible.esm" is not one of the optional mods. In fact, now Nexus Mod Manager complains that the mod collection is broken...

In a first for me regarding #gaming and #mods, or #gamemods, I've been treated to a bit of #evangelism.

I'm currently playing #falloutnv with the "VeryLastKiss's New New Vegas* and "The Someguy2000 Series" mod collections (found on #NexusMods), and one of these collections (not sure which) provides the file "The Bible.esp"...

What if it was "The Holy Q'ran.esp", or "Dianetics.esp"? Most of all, why did someone implement the #Skyrim book reader and split the bible into over 60 inventory items?

What a weekend! I finished 3 games that are very dear to me.

I started replaying #Fallout3 and #FalloutNV with the "Tale of Two Wastelands" mod back in 2022. On Friday, I finished both main questlines, in no small part thanks to console commands (tcl, setstage) to navigate around broken quests.

Yesterday evening I finally finished my first #BG3 playthrough after I found a solution to a bug that kept me from progressing in Act III.

Забавно что Аркейд Геннон вроде как намекает на прохождение в сторону независимого Вегаса, будучи Последователем (см. ГЕЛИОС 1), хоть и для Последователей это плохо кончится.
