Una de las filtraciones de bases de datos más extensas y peligrosas del año hasta la fecha se ha detectado en foros en línea. El ciberdelincuente "BlindBackdoor" ha puesto a la venta enormes conjuntos de datos que contienen información personal, fiscal y de contacto de más de 70 millones de ciudadanos de Latinoamérica, con especial atención a Perú y Argentina.

1. PERÚ: Base de datos RENIEC 🇵🇪
Cantidad: Más de 37 millones de registros (prácticamente toda la población).
Campos expuestos: DNI (Documento Nacional de Identidad), nombres completos, fecha de nacimiento, fechas de emisión/vencimiento de documentos, códigos Ubigeo de nacimiento y residencia, dirección física exacta, género, estado civil, dígito de verificación y nombres de los padres.
Impacto: Exposición total del historial genealógico y los datos de ubicación de los ciudadanos peruanos.
2. ARGENTINA: Buenos Aires y Nacional 🇦🇷
Cantidad: Más de 35 millones de registros.
Campos expuestos: DNI (Documento Nacional de Identidad), nombres completos, fecha de nacimiento, localidad (p. ej., La Plata), provincia, dirección detallada y lo que parece ser el número CUIL/CUIT o número de contacto.
Impacto: Riesgo masivo de robo de identidad/suplantación de identidad en relación con la AFIP (Autoridad Tributaria Federal) y las instituciones bancarias.

Me ha tocado solicitar el certificado digital ( no podía renovarlo más ). He usado la app de la #FNMT y mediante el #NFC y el #DNI electrónico he verificado la identidad con solo acercarlo al #iPhone. Ha resultado ser un procedimiento totalmente "suave" y sin errores. Hoy se cumple un año desde la entrada en vigor del RD 255/2025 por el que se regula el Documento Nacional de Identidad en su versión física y digital https://www.interior.gob.es/opencms/en/detail-pages/article/Hoy-se-cumple-un-ano-desde-la-entrada-en-vigor-del-RD-255-2025-por-el-que-se-regula-el-Documento-Nacional-de-Identidad-en-su-version-fisica-y-digital/Hace un año se publicó la app MiDNI que nos permite llevar nuestro documentación en el móvil. Y hoy al fin es plenamente funcional tras cumplirse el periodo transitorio de adaptación en el que empresas e instituciones todavía podían negarse a aceptarlo.
Me quedo con la duda de hasta qué punto serálegal usar un teléfono móvil personal para la comprobación del DNI digital, que es una situación en la que muchos trabajadores nos veremos envueltos al no contar con un smartphone de trabajo. Al menos existe la alternativa de acceder al Verificador de QR en su versión web, siempre que tengamos una cámara web capaz de enfocar de cerca (algo en lo que muchas veces flaquean este tipo de dispositivos).
