After a tipoff from a media organization, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) drafted a memo describing allegations that a federal security officer was responsible for the failed Jan. 6 pipe bombings. A copy was circulated at the officer's workplace and among Trump administration officials, and conservative site Blaze News published an article naming her. The woman in question has now been ruled out as a suspect after she provided an alibi: A video of her playing with her puppies at the time the devices were placed. @CBSNews looks into the ODNI's part in it all.

A federal district judge on Monday continued to block the efforts of #Trump’s #CIA & other #intelligence agencies to fire officers who had worked on recruitment & #diversity efforts, ordering lawyers to present additional arguments on Thursday.
There are 17 CIA officers & 2 employees of the #ODNI seeking to block the govt for firing them. Kevin Carroll, a lawyer for the plaintiffs, said the CIA is seeking to fire as many as 51 people involved in recruiting & diversity issues.

#KashPatel’s on the other hand is tilting more towards the #RFKJr spectacle.
I suspect she will be confirmed despite the sketchiness in her background.
