  2. #Trump #DOJ unveiled a revised #regulation for #leak investigations on Thurs, restoring the ability of federal investigators to use #CourtOrders, #warrants & #subpoenas to go after #reporters’ phone records, notes or testimony.

    The move by AG #PamBondi rolls back a #policy from her predecessor, #MerrickGarland, who was appointed by President #Biden, that flatly banned going after reporters’ info in leak investigations.
