This is Dodger Stadium in LA. The parking lots around it were flooded. Possibly only inches, but just LOOK at it 👀
It reminds me of the fact that they used to fill the ancient Coliseum in Rome with 5 feet of water to stage mock naval battles.
This is like the eerie-as-shit post apocalyptic inversion of that. The water on the outside of the arena..
