This bums me out and it's so true. I bought tickets to a popular touring artist (but not Swift / Beyonce level) playing a football stadium and getting seats that were not in the 300 level nose bleeds was $250 a pop. And that was the on sale price, not even the secondary market!
Just checked the secondary market and the same section I have is going for double what I paid.

Ticketmaster just sent me a refund email. It REEKED of spam, weird email account, terrible graphics, unclear language, had urgency, wanted me to click links. But ironically it was totally legit.
I can't wait for the DOJ to break them up.

I didn't think it was possible to be shittier and technologically extortionate than #ticketbastard, but #axs, you are exceptional in your incompetence and borderline criminal stupidity.
This seems to be the trend; big stupid venue/ticketing firms FORCING the download of a crap #UX and crappier ticketing (telemetry) app, FORCING notifications, & then being some utter garbage software, all because what should be done -business liquidation- isn't a current option.
