After a long drive back to the city at the epicenter of massive bicycle greenway trails. Before riding, I paid off my sleep debt and the hot humid sun replaced the cool morning air. But the deep sleep was needed to recharge my health. I have loaded up my bicycle with massive water supplies and a custom made high powered mini data center fan if faced with heat exhaustion. The goal is to go the distance for health. The goal is to continue getting my effective youth back🥰
