@IAmDannyBoling Much more modest in scale and ambition, but the elevated skinny seen at around 40 seconds was known as "The Neck Breaker" in its day.
After crossing the log, the ground slopes down from left to right. If you lost your balance or rolled off to the right, you were looking at a drop of 2 metres or more. The camera makes it look so easy!

I've seen beer hand-ups in single speed #MTB races.
I've taken a mince pie hand-up in a @BristolCX #CycloCross race (really bad idea, but that's another story).

Late afternoon ride , the last before going on a much needed vacation next weekend. (My wife does not want me to ride as she fears a crash will ruin our vacation). I had to go easy and today was very dry and slippery- hard, but so much fun
Back was stiff in the morning from yesterday’s run but had no interference in my ride - hopefully it helped the healing

MTB last Wednesday. I needed to take my Achilles flare
The landscape felt like a fairytale.
It was an eventful ride. Beside my fall on another trail, on this trail (by the end in this movie) my foot hit a rock hard and it twisted my boot clip so severely that I could not clip it back to the pedal. I was able to fix it and the breathtaking view is what remained in my memory. -

Note to myself. At more than 22% incline, I should lean forward - at least if I don't want to drive a wheely.

Some ibuprofen, patches, walking instead of running and I am back in business.Foul language - “Pardon my French”

Coraz bardziej podoba mi się odnawianie i przebudowywanie starych rowerów. Cieszy mnie każdy etap: malowanie ramy, poszukiwanie części, rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych i to jak projekt nabiera kształtu.
Obecnie na tapet trafił znaleziony w starym magazynie Anlen Impulse z 1990 roku. To będzie czarna bestia z biżuterią z polerowanego aluminium, modyfikowaną grupą 2x7 Shimano Exage M500, cantileverami i przednim bagażnikiem. Stay tuned.

Wochen- und monatelang nen FullFace-Helm für's #MTB gesucht. Einen gefunden, wenige Tage vor einem Bikepark-Camp in Winterberg. An Tag 2 des Camps kam der Anruf: "Ich brauch nen neuen Helm." (Der Baum ist einfach nicht zur Seite gesprungen...)
Daß deren Hobbies so teuer werden müssen! (Und ja, ich bin heilfroh, daß es nur die Kosten für einen neuen Helm sind, nicht für eine OP oder so.)
