Contrary to popular beliefs you don't need to ride constantly in order to properly train your body
You can take your brakes, do it at the leasure pace. When your body is in the mood to do this in virtually one session it is great.Don't chase these however, listen to your body. After all you're not a professional cyclists you just keeping your body very healthy, and making sure, that it performs decades younger than it actually is.
