So with my recent #disastrous experience with #Uber #Eats, it looks like I have to file a #chargeback with my credit card company to get my refund. If you missed the previous episode of Support Disasters: purchase through website, but refunds only through the app, which I can't use, because I don't have a cell phone.
I thought you used to be able to dispute a merchant charge on the phone, but I don't seem to have that option today. I have to submit a dispute by postal mail - or by fax 🤣 .
I'm guessing the procedure for "submit a dispute by fax" goes like this:
1. Time-travel back to 1994 when fax was relevant.
2. Submit form by fax.Fun.

I really Ike when #UberEats resolves your incomplete delivery in an easy way.
What I don’t like it’s when they refund you $3 of the $15 when half of the delivery is missing.
I guess I’ll use the for supermarket exclusively from now onwards. #PedidosYa will be my main for food until I get those $7 left back.
Also, never buy something before closing.
