I'm enjoying giving my fantasy elves a slightly goofy edge using references like the Christmassy elves that I shared recently. In the same vein, I think Fairy's old boss has leprechaun vibes.

Usually, my models were 3D-printed and used in a presentation. If my client got the job, the models were used for production as well, sometimes with a few adjustments for the molds.

Model for a 50 cm high 3D print that became a statue in the Japan headquarters of Booking.com in 2015.
The Dutch illustrator Bart Aalbers made a guideline sketch (see top left corner), and I made the statue in Blender using polygon subdivision modeling.
