    I started my morning with art therapy. We were asked to draw our stress creature. Then we were told to draw our best self fighting stress.

    My best self was a purple bee. 🐝

  7. #ArtTherapy self-made with fruit tea. I feel like a wrung-out piece of cloth, drained of all blood. After a few weeks of sheer horror as a #caregiver, then hellish knee pain. (Here in rural France, I have to wait 1 month for a radio/echography.)

  8. Is it #voodoo art? Is it a private colour therapy? I had been dealing with a chronically pinched sciatic nerve for quite some time, pain from hell. Then I saw this bone that my dog had found in nature. I wondered if my vertebrae could grin too like that. And I let myself be inspired. Red for the pain, of course. 😉 (The nerve isn't pinched anymore). Artists: My dog, an unknown animal, and me.

  13. So, yesterday was my first day of #rehabilitation #clinic for #LongCovid . My gosh there's so much therapy #ErgoTherapy , #physiotherapy , #psychotherapy , optiohal #arttherapy or #musictherapy . When I'm done here I'll need #therapy for all the therapy 😂 my #autism isn't a fan of the total disruption of EVERYTHING! But it likes the well structured days. Everything is planned out and I don't have to do any of the planing 😬 Food isn't half bad either 🙂

    5. I say Integrative Therapy
    mixes together all three
    approaches today taught in the UK:
    Per-Centered, PsyDynamic, CBT.

    6. Level 4 is the min you need right now to practise therapy.
    You can still joke out quite a belter, as long as your role stays "helper".
    One more word for client: "helpee".

    7. For me, relearning MMA (medical-wise) has stayed "nay".
    I have no energy, nor makeup on peak.
    Who knows? Maybe... one day...
