This is a detail of a new rosehip painting I just finished from my plant series.
I have used a different colour palette for every painting in the series ! I usually keep the palettes I like best in a specific notebook, and use the notebook every time I make a new painting. I choose a combination of colours I already used, and sometimes slightly change it. Then if I like it, I add that new palette to the notebook, and so on and so forth. -
