Mid-Week Lashunta Inspiration
Artist: Gustave Courtois - Hercules at the Feet of Omphale (1912)Too often while I'm looking for inspirational art, I pass by paintings whose male-female power dynamic is inappropiate for the Lashunta Damaya Matriarchy, or I'm forced to compromise. Not this time!
The Greeks made Hercules' servitude to Omphale the butt of comic ridicule. Yet this is day in the life for lashunta in the Age of Lost Omens. Any korasha male would be honored to thus serve his housewife, so long as he can avoid the epithet of ~kifolinazas~ - napkin/diaper-bearer.

Guess What Day It Is?
Sovyrian-Kyonin Elven Tuesday!
Artist: FangWangLlinThough the elves' power on Castrovel has largely withdrawn to Sovyrian, there was a time, before the Withdrawal to Kyonin, when they ruled vast expanses of Asana and the Colonies. For thousands of years, sights such as this would have been common on far stretches of Castrovel as the elves fought to defend their settlements and interests.
