**Weight:** 1 lb.These bracers consist of dozens of stacked, brightly colored cords of spun silk and thin leather. Strung along the cords are hundreds of small beads crafted from painted wood, polished glass, and carved bone. Many of the beads feature individual letters stamped or burned into them, spelling out names, brief phrases, historical epochs, and musical motifs.
