Le 23 avril 2026, le ministère italien de l'Instruction et du Mérite a rendu publiques de nouvelles « Indicazioni Nazionali per i Licei ». Derrière ce texte technique se cache une décision lourde de sens : la marginalisation, voire la disparition, du canon des auteurs enseignés en Philosophie de Penseurs aussi fondamentaux que Spinoza, Karl Marx, Antonio Gramsci, Leibniz, Fichte ou Schelling.

Nous, universitaires, enseignants, chercheurs et citoyens attachés à la liberté de penser, demandons solennellement au gouvernement italien de renoncer à cet appauvrissement du canon philosophique et de réintégrer pleinement ces auteurs dans les référentiels nationaux.
