For Badiou, being is non-relational multiplicity. Unity is imposed. Novelty requires a rare, traumatic Event to force a new truth.

For the CoD, being IS relational process. Multiplicity & unity are co-constitutive. Novelty is not a rupture—it's the continuous output of existence itself.

One says relation is an effect. The other says relation IS existence.

The understanding I've gained about what the simulation, or the Matrix, is; is twofold.

1️⃣ It's a place where knowing experiences itself in a tangible way: It's like reading book but never experience anything written.

2️⃣ It's a training ground for conscious evolution. It's 10 times faster to evolve here than in, what I'm naivingly calling actual reality: which is reality outside of the simulation.
