A dear friend models a Saturday Night Live 'CONEHEAD' costume I made for her classroom Halloween party, forty nine years ago. The papier mache head got a bit taller than the TV versions. #publicschool #publicschools #publicschoolteacher #publicschoolteachers #schoolteacher #schoolteachers #bulletin #bulletinboard #bulletinboards #classroombulletinboard #classroombulletinboards #costumes #costumes #saturdaynightlive #conehead #coneheads #comedy #sketchcomedy #comedyprofessionals #teacher

I used the 22-minute After School Special "THE HALLOWEEN THAT ALMOST WASN'T" starring Judd Hirsch and Mariette Hartley as a classroom Halloween treat every year during my career, following its release in 1979.
