Basic bee facts every day at 3pm.

    # 262 contd.

Researchers found that Evening Primrose plants responded to the sound of a flying bee by immediately producing sweeter nectar!
This indicates that plants can sense and respond to airborne sounds.
    They hear!

  2. Well it's Valentine's Day, which is always an excuse to draw something a little romantic.

Sometimes what I draw isn't quite what I started out planning to draw; I knew I wanted to draw a couple embracing, but I didn't originally intend to draw something out of the Office (but with devil-girls).

I also hadn't intended to do a 'film reel' border, but that's what I ended up with? Weird how my mind works.

  3. Another Vintage Valentine’s Day Card from the turn of the 20th Century

This is part of a collection of vintage Valentine’s Day Cards I am resurfacing from various public domain sources. There is so much wonderful artwork from the past that doesn’t get nearly the attention it should.

I have been adding at least one card a day, so check back using this link to see the latest collection of Valentine’s Day Cards and more.

"This feels so right, Garrus... no further calibrations necessary! 💖"

I only wish I had the right kind of gas mask for Tali... and someone to snuggle with, but a dakimakura will have to do for now! 🥰

  7. In Israel, the phrase "Will you marry me?" carries not only the universal anticipation and hope found in such a moment but also a depth enriched by cultural tradition and the Hebrew language.

The proposal, or הצעת נישואין /ha-tsa-'at nee-soo-'een/ in Israeli culture often reflects a blend of modern and traditional elements. Many couples might choose a significant spot in Israel's breathtaking landscapes—from the ancient walls of Jerusalem to the serene beaches of Tel Aviv or the majestic deserts—to pop the question, making the moment even more memorable. This setting, combined with the ancient sounds of Hebrew, connects the couple not just to each other but to their shared history and land. Nowadays, we see countless proposals in uniform, on IDF background - for the simple reason that so many men and women are drafted right now.

  8. It's the #DayOfDionysos here at Erotic Mythology! 🍇

Love is taking your drunk partner home 😉
#Dionysos held by his wife #Ariadne, helping the drunk god walk. He holds a lyre in his hand, she what is possibly a tambourine. A little #Eros on the left side of the vase painting seems to be playing a smaller version of it. His presence symbolises their mutual love and attraction.
