  14. Did a thing yesterday. 175 teenagers, 12 #teachers, 30 microbiologists, a nurse and a pro cook celebrated the first #FermeScholen conference on food #fermentation and microbial literacy. Properly opened by a vice dean, keynote by prof. Sarah Lebeer, plenary session, fun workshops, conference swag and poster session with fancy drinks.
