Today I took myself out of my comfort zone to run 6 x 1500m repeats which started at 5k pace but ended up more 10k and slower so some work needed there. On a plus side my vo2 max has gone up to 56 according to Polar Flow so I’m well happy with that 👊😊#running #milerepeats #speedrun #longrun #polarrunning #polarflow #runnersofmastdon #RunningCommunity #oldguysrule

Saturday and the dreaded intervals day 🥵🥹 Polar Flow plan said 3x5 minutes and 2 minutes recovery with 13 minutes warm up and 5 minutes cool down. Been a long time since I ran more than 2 sets so the last one took it out of me and pace slightly dropped for that one.
