  16. Saturday and the dreaded intervals day 🥵🥹 Polar Flow plan said 3x5 minutes and 2 minutes recovery with 13 minutes warm up and 5 minutes cool down. Been a long time since I ran more than 2 sets so the last one took it out of me and pace slightly dropped for that one.
