Stage 11 - another expedition from base camp to the peaks of Sintra. Today I pushed the climbs and the mountain almost won , almost 😅

More zone 2 running as part of #chesterhalfmarathon in May. Treadmill day today and 55 minutes done. Started off nice and easy for the first 10 minutes before increasing the pace to move into zone 2 for the next 40 minutes but had to dial back so hr didn’t drift over into zone 3 before the last 5 minutes cool down #runnning #easyrun #treadmillrunning #halfmarathontraining #polarrunning #polarvantagev3 #polarflow #RunningCommunity #runnersofmastodon #mastorunners #oldguysrule
