    Let's try to crank up load a little and distribute it more evenly through the week

    So added new toy to biking and rowing : indoor stairs

    Still pondering weather (not a typo) we go to Claveisolles tonight. If yes no gym, but mountains and forests !

  23. Tomorrow, @pjaspers and I set out for a great adventure in eastern Belgium. We will run the *Venntrilogie* route, from the 3-country point (B-NL-D) in the north to Bütgenbach in the south, passing through al the beautiful nature the _Hoge Venen_ have to offer.

    Start around 05:00, finish when we get there.

  25. I enjoy running but struggle with runner's knee. There are many factors involved, but sometimes I wonder if it has to do with the significant amount of time that I sit for work. I usually bend at the hips and knees when I sit. That probably affects the tightness of my muscles and tendons. It seems reasonable that this could cause problems with running.

  31. I set a new PB for 5k on a tempo run of 32:24 today. Still very slow, obviously. But it really doesn’t matter, because as I felt stagnant in my running as of lately, this little sign of improvement makes me feel really good.

    Plus there was so much headwind on 50% of the distance that I am confident I may be able to run under 30 minutes.
