  14. CW: Trick to help with blisters on feet, caused by running

    When you gain blisters, don't pop them. Just pass a line on it and let it be. This will drain/dry it over time.

    Mine were obtained today by running on sand 😅

  15. Well, the X-rays didn’t show anything. No fractures. The sports doc said it’s a gluteus medius tendinites, plus a hip impingement. So now it’s all about recovery. I’ve got some exercises to help with the pain, anti-inflammatories to take, and a specific diet to follow since those meds usually wreck my stomach. Hoping to feel better soon, get back to running, and start training for my half marathon!

  29. Nächste Runde mit 21km. Langsam wird es warm in Tokyo, es gab 24 Grad. Und wie man auf dem Bild sehen kann war ich bei der #expo2025 in #osaka - es war gut besucht. Ob ihr es glaubt oder nicht, aber der Stand der #Ukraine hat mich sehr berührt.
    Die Anmeldung und Reservierung ist ein Horror, das werde ich nie wieder über mich ergehen lassen. Dann verzichte ich lieber darauf.
